Terms of service

  1. The service. ZTS Advisory publishes social media posts for its clients to the Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts that the client connects.
  2. Your approval. We publish only posts you (or someone you named) have approved. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos, videos, music and text you approve.
  3. Your accounts. You must be allowed to manage the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect. You can remove our access at any time in Facebook (Settings → Business integrations).
  4. Meta's rules. Posts must follow Meta's Terms and Community Standards. Meta may refuse, limit or remove a post; we cannot control that.
  5. No guarantee. We check that each post is live, but Facebook and Instagram can be unavailable or change their rules, so we cannot promise every post will appear at a set time.
  6. Your data. How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.
  7. Changes and ending. Either side can stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms and will change the date above.

شروط الخدمة

  1. الخدمة. تنشر ZTS Advisory منشورات على مواقع التواصل لعملائها، على صفحات فيسبوك وحسابات إنستغرام التجارية التي يربطها العميل.
  2. موافقتك. لا ننشر إلا المنشورات التي وافقت عليها أنت (أو الشخص الذي حدّدته). أنت مسؤول عن امتلاك حقوق الصور والفيديوهات والموسيقى والنصوص التي توافق عليها.
  3. حساباتك. يجب أن تكون مخوّلاً بإدارة الصفحات والحسابات التي تربطها. يمكنك إلغاء وصولنا في أي وقت من فيسبوك (الإعدادات ← تكاملات الأعمال).
  4. قواعد ميتا. يجب أن تلتزم المنشورات بشروط ميتا ومعايير المجتمع. قد ترفض ميتا منشوراً أو تحدّه أو تزيله، وهذا خارج عن سيطرتنا.
  5. بدون ضمان. نتأكد أن كل منشور ظاهر، لكن قد تتعطل فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو تتغير قواعدهما، لذلك لا نضمن ظهور كل منشور في وقت محدد.
  6. بياناتك. طريقة تعاملنا مع البيانات موضحة في سياسة الخصوصية.
  7. التغييرات والإنهاء. يمكن لأي طرف التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط ونغيّر التاريخ أعلاه.
