Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026. This policy covers the ZTS Advisory social posting service ("the app"), which publishes posts for our clients to their Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts.

Who we are

What we collect

Only when you click "Connect with Facebook" and agree on Facebook's screen, we receive from Meta:

• your Facebook user ID and name;
• the list of Facebook Pages you chose to share, their names and IDs, and an access key (token) for each Page that lets us post on it;
• the Instagram business account linked to each of those Pages (ID and username);
• which permissions you granted;
• after you connect: messages, comments and engagement/insight data that Meta sends us for those Pages and Instagram accounts.

We also keep the photos, videos and captions that you approve for posting, plus a log of what was posted, when, and who approved it.

How we use it

• To publish the posts you approve (feed posts, Reels, Stories) to the Pages and Instagram accounts you chose.
• To check that each post is live and send you its link.
• To keep a private log of the messages and comments your Pages and Instagram accounts receive, so your team can see them in one place. We do not reply or send messages without your approval.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except Meta (to publish your posts) and the service providers listed below.

Where it is kept and who can see it

Access keys are kept on a private server that only ZTS Advisory can access, in files only the posting service can read. During connection, the keys pass through our web host (Vercel) only in encrypted form, and that encrypted copy is deleted as soon as our server picks it up. We never show your access keys on screen, in emails or in chat.

How long we keep it

We keep the access keys while you use our service. When you disconnect the app, ask us to delete your data, or our work together ends, we delete the access keys and connection details within 30 days [TO CONFIRM]. The posting log may be kept for our records unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

• Remove our access at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → ZTS app → Remove.
• Ask us to delete your data: see Data deletion.
• Ask what data we hold about you: write to [TO CONFIRM: contact email].

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.

سياسة الخصوصية

آخر تحديث: 2 تشرين الأول 2026. تغطي هذه السياسة خدمة النشر على مواقع التواصل من ZTS Advisory ("التطبيق")، والتي تنشر منشورات عملائنا على صفحاتهم في فيسبوك وحساباتهم التجارية على إنستغرام.

ما الذي نجمعه

فقط عند الضغط على "الربط مع فيسبوك" والموافقة على شاشة فيسبوك، نستلم من ميتا:

• معرّف حسابك على فيسبوك واسمك؛
• قائمة الصفحات التي اخترت مشاركتها وأسماءها ومعرّفاتها، ومفتاح وصول لكل صفحة يسمح لنا بالنشر عليها؛
• حساب إنستغرام التجاري المرتبط بكل صفحة (المعرّف واسم المستخدم)؛
• الصلاحيات التي وافقت عليها؛
• بعد الربط: الرسائل والتعليقات وبيانات التفاعل والإحصاءات التي ترسلها ميتا لنا عن تلك الصفحات وحسابات إنستغرام.

ونحتفظ أيضاً بالصور والفيديوهات والنصوص التي توافق على نشرها، وبسجلّ لما نُشر ومتى ومن وافق عليه.

كيف نستخدمها

• لنشر المنشورات التي توافق عليها (منشورات، ريلز، قصص) على الصفحات وحسابات إنستغرام التي اخترتها.
• للتأكد من أن كل منشور ظاهر وإرسال رابطه لك.
• للاحتفاظ بسجلّ خاص للرسائل والتعليقات التي تصل إلى صفحاتك وحسابات إنستغرام، ليراها فريقك في مكان واحد. لا نرد ولا نرسل رسائل بدون موافقتك.

لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع أحد غير ميتا (لنشر منشوراتك) ومزوّدي الخدمة المذكورين أدناه.

أين تُحفظ ومن يراها

تُحفظ مفاتيح الوصول على خادم خاص لا يصل إليه إلا ZTS Advisory، في ملفات لا تقرؤها إلا خدمة النشر. أثناء الربط تمرّ المفاتيح عبر مزوّد الاستضافة (Vercel) بشكل مشفّر فقط، وتُحذف تلك النسخة المشفّرة فور استلام خادمنا لها. لا نعرض مفاتيح الوصول على الشاشة أو في البريد أو المحادثات.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بمفاتيح الوصول طوال استخدامك لخدمتنا. عند إلغاء ربط التطبيق أو طلب حذف بياناتك أو انتهاء عملنا معاً، نحذف المفاتيح وتفاصيل الربط خلال 30 يوماً [TO CONFIRM]. قد نحتفظ بسجلّ النشر لسجلاتنا ما لم تطلب حذفه.

خياراتك

• إلغاء وصولنا في أي وقت: فيسبوك ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← تكاملات الأعمال ← تطبيق ZTS ← إزالة.
• طلب حذف بياناتك: راجع حذف البيانات.
• معرفة البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك: راسلنا على [TO CONFIRM: contact email].
