How to delete your data

You can remove ZTS Advisory's access and have your data deleted at any time.

1. Remove the app's access in Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (on some screens: Apps and websites).
  3. Find the ZTS Advisory app, select it and click Remove.

After this, our access keys stop working and we can no longer post to your Pages or Instagram.

2. Ask us to delete what we hold

Send an email to [TO CONFIRM: contact email] with the subject "Delete my data" and the name of your Facebook Page. We will delete your access keys, the list of your Pages and Instagram accounts, and your connection details within 30 days [TO CONFIRM], and confirm by email. If you also want the posting log and the media you sent us deleted, say so in the email.

Posts already published stay on your Page and Instagram until you delete them there; Instagram posts can only be deleted in the Instagram app.

يمكنك إلغاء وصول ZTS Advisory وطلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

1. إلغاء وصول التطبيق من فيسبوك

  1. افتح فيسبوك وادخل إلى الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات.
  2. افتح تكاملات الأعمال (أو التطبيقات ومواقع الويب).
  3. اختر تطبيق ZTS Advisory واضغط إزالة.

بعد ذلك تتوقف مفاتيح الوصول عن العمل ولن نتمكن من النشر على صفحاتك أو إنستغرام.

2. اطلب منا حذف ما لدينا

أرسل بريداً إلى [TO CONFIRM: contact email] بعنوان "احذف بياناتي" مع اسم صفحتك على فيسبوك. سنحذف مفاتيح الوصول وقائمة صفحاتك وحسابات إنستغرام وتفاصيل الربط خلال 30 يوماً [TO CONFIRM] ونؤكد لك بالبريد. إذا أردت أيضاً حذف سجلّ النشر والملفات التي أرسلتها، اذكر ذلك في البريد.

المنشورات المنشورة تبقى على صفحتك وإنستغرام حتى تحذفها بنفسك؛ منشورات إنستغرام لا تُحذف إلا من تطبيق إنستغرام.
